MY DESIGN JOURNEY
I am an interior stylist and licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience styling, staging, and designing spaces for friends, family, and clients. My work is rooted in the belief that our environment impacts how we feel, function and connect, and that thoughtfully designed interiors should feel supported, elevated, and intentional, whether at home or in a professional setting.
During the COVID pandemic, while providing telehealth services from client’s home, I saw firsthand how deeply a person’s surroundings can affect their sense of calm, focus, and well-being. Many people lacked a space that truly felt grounding. That experience shaped my approach to design and solidified my goal: to help people create interiors that feel good to live and work in.
Today, my work extends beyond residential styling into commercial interiors, where first impressions and emotional response matter just as much. The way a space feels when someone walks into a business- whether a bank, office, or healthcare setting – can influence trust, comfort, and connection within moments. By blending aesthetics with empathy, I create environments that are not only visually elevated but also welcoming, functional, and aligned with how people experience their surroundings.
My approach to interior styling is centered on understanding people first, then designing spaces that support how they live, work and feel every day.
